Successful planning and implementation of projects of technical building equipment in the structures Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation Self-responsive and independent processing of TGA projects Own-sponsored processing of tenders, pre-qualification documents and offers, acquisition and creation of HOAI offers for contractors and private investors Coordination, control and monitoring of contract performance of contractors – from planning to local construction monitoring Technical and organisational coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and exporting companies Leadership of a team of engineers and technicians

Successfully completed study of technical building equipment, utility technology, energy and building technology or a comparable discipline Multiannual, practical professional experience in the successful implementation of TGA projects Funded experience in project management, technical coordination and the management of employees Knowledge of the planning and implementation of measurement and control technology according to VDI guidelines – ideally have You provide additional qualifications as an energy consultant or provide the willingness to develop in this area.
