Working student - Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

This is what we expect:

In this role, you act as a central contact for all recruiters and recruiters in various business units of the Rhenus Group

You support in-depth enquiries about job advertisements and recruiting systems and process these independently

In addition, you are operating to support our multiposting tool Broadbean and work closely with external job markets and recruiting partners on questions related to job advertisements.

You professionally process inquiries from our candidates and candidates for a positive Candidate Experience

You support international talent acquisition projects and process optimization initiatives

In addition, you conduct market and competition analyses to continuously optimize recruiting strategies and the entire Candidate Journey

Finally, you are proactively introducing ideas and recommendations to further increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting activities

You are currently enrolled at a university or university, ideally interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable degree course

You also have strong communication skills in German and English as well as a proactive and service-oriented way of working

You are interested in talent acquisition and employer branding strategies and willingness to get to know and apply new systems and processes in a dynamic international environment

You work organized and detailed and keep track of multiple parallel tasks

As a team player you like to work with people from different cultures and business areas

Current knowledge of English is presumed to be advantageous while additional knowledge of German
