Overall responsibility for the restaurant business including service, kitchen organization and staff management (approximately 8 experienced permanent employees + assistance) and the creation of service and holiday plans Ensuring good services and quality and hygiene management Controlling key figures, calculation, use of goods and continuous economic optimization Selection and control of suppliers as well as attractive further development of the menu and the gastronomic overall concept Organisation of events as well as smooth coordination between gastronomy and event/ sports area

Insufficient experience in the leadership of gastronomic teams, ideally in multifunctional facilities (e.g. sports parks, swimming pools, saunas or the like) Embossed host qualities, high service orientation, communication strength and enforcement capability Hands-on mentality and joy in developing teams Entrepreneurial thinking and design will Complete training as well as sound business principles (e.g. goods management, calculations) Ideally good regional networking and/or long-term interest in the Bünde / Osnabrück / Melle / Bad Oeynhausen site
