Fundraising Manager (m/f/d)

Full time (or part time from 50%) The Maltesers operate in the federal states of Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland at more than 80 locations. Around 5,000 employees engage in different health and social situations every day. In order to enable our diverse offers and projects in a sustainable manner, the acquisition and binding of donors (m/w/d) and sponsors (m/w/d) plays an important role. We are looking for a dedicated personality as a fundraising manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our fundraising & support team. You design and control fundraising campaigns through different channels, develop new approaches to fundraising and binding, while continuing to build regional networks and personal contacts.

You design, plan and control independent public-fundraising campaigns via various channels such as mailing, telephone, face-to-face and online and continuously develop these You control external agencies, service providers and advertising partners – from commissioning and briefing to implementation to quality and success control You develop and coordinate digital fundraising measures, in particular online sponsorships, donation forms, newsletters and social media activities, and work closely with press and public relations You cultivate and design the national websites and develop their fundraising content and digital donations You are responsible for donation processing, donor communication and complaint management and develop measures for the long-term binding and appreciation of our donors (m/w/d) About 30% of your working time will focus on regional network work: You build relationships with companies and large donors, cultivate them and represent the Malteser as a local contact person You analyze the results of your fundraising actions, derive optimizations and unlock new target groups and fundraising channels

You have a completed university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally focusing on marketing, fundraising, communication or a related area You have several years of professional experience in dialogue or direct marketing, fundraising or in a comparable field of activity You have experience in controlling external service providers and agencies You think target group-oriented and have a good sense of effective communication You work independently, structured and responsibly, while bringing creativity and self-initiative together You are delighted to try out new fundraising channels, develop existing measures and evaluate their success on the basis of figures and results You communicate safely and value-assurance You have German knowledge of at least B2 level You identify with the values and the social order of the Malteser
