We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which accompanies managers and actively shapes our people strategy for further development and strategic development of our business area.

As part of our ever-growing nationwide HR team, as HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the Business Unit Germany South, you take comprehensive advice on personal-relevant issues of a management-level business unit. You will report directly to the HR director of the Business Unit.

As part of the local leadership teams at the respective locations, you strategically and partnershipally advise the relevant executives. In doing so, you are responsible for the integration of HR topics in business decisions as well as for operational personal business processes. In monthly management meetings you present regional and global HR topics to the executives. You are the first point of contact for HR managers and are supported by local and global shared service teams, as well as experts from the Centers of Expertise.

The position is to be occupied in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and requires occasional readiness to travel within Germany, especially in the Business Unit Germany South.

As HR Business Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are a strategic Sparring Partner, Change Partner and People Advocate for your business.

Strategic HR Partnership Advice and coaching of department management and executives in all HR-relevant topics deriving and implementing the HR strategy along the business objectives Management of organisational and cultural development measures Talent & Performance Management Responsibility for the entire talent cycle from talent reviews to succession planning Accompanying the annual performance and development processes Promoting a performance-oriented and value-estimating feedback culture Work law & compliance Advice on labour law issues and close cooperation with the works council Ensuring compliance with policies, data protection and compliance standards HR Analytics & Transformation Use of People Analytics to derive data-based decisions Participation in HR digitization projects and global initiatives Implementation of change processes in business

Graduate degree with focus on HR, psychology, business management or comparable At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, including more than HR Business Partners Knowledge of labour law Impressed consulting skills, communication strength and entrepreneurial thinking Experience in managing executives in complex matrix organisations High self-responsibility, solution orientation and hands-on mentality Artificial intelligence you see as support and not as competition Flowing German and English skills
