Entry date: now Working time: full time (37 hours/week) Department: Service company Team: Technical Energy Management Contract: unlimited Your tasks: Developing Innovation: As a Project Manager for Energy Management (m/w/d), you are working on the development and introduction of innovative technologies and housing services. Products and also take over the project control. Introducing energy products: You control the implementation of new energy products and manage imported products such as heat contracting with heat pumps, tenant current from PV systems and mobility concepts in close coordination with the participating specialist departments. Building infrastructure: You coordinate and control the fiber-optic expansion within the GAG system and continuously develop the Multimedia business unit together with our external cooperation partner. Control project communication: As a central contact, you always have the right answers to questions or other concerns about the projects you are looking for – for internal areas as well as for our customers. Planning of supply concepts: You are examining the contractual and economic situation of construction measures/square developments with regard to the conversion to industrial heat supply, assessing or creating energy supply concepts and investing opportunities for the GAG Servicegesellschaft mbH. Analyzing plant efficiency: you calculate and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various energy generation plants and energy storage systems, maintain our energy database and conduct regular evaluations to our existing buildings.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of industrial engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification with technical and business economic reference. In addition, you have professional experience in the field of energy management or energy supply and have already gained practical experience in project management. As Project Manager for Energy Management (m/w/d), you are working on modern energy solutions and achieving our climate targets. To do this, combine your technical and commercial knowledge with basic legal knowledge. You have very good communication skills and master your activities as project manager Energy Management (m/w/d) at the GAG Servicegesellschaft mbH with a pronounced process orientation. Complement your independent and structured way of working through your high analytical ability. You are also well versed in dealing with MS-Office, especially Excel.
