We are looking for reinforcement for our specialist team. Together with us you will take over the following tasks: Tasks relating to securities supervision You are contact person:for all questions concerning supervisory regulations (e.g. WpHG, MiFID, Disclosure Regulation) You take care of the implementation of supreme jurisprudence, legislative changes and adjustments to supervisory law You take care of the continuous and timely visibility and evaluation of information (e.g. from RSGV, DSGV, BaFin) and communicate it easily intelligibly into the house You recognize the need for action and design as slim and at the same time test-resistant solutions to meet the regulatory requirements You are responsible for the implementation control of supervisory regulations in the home and are consulting the business organisation to comply with legal and voluntary regulations in the securities business and investment processes You take care of the conception and controlling of the securities controls You are responsible for the supervisory quality assurance of customer and consulting information including Sales aids and advertising The conception and implementation of supervisory training, information events and seminars for the qualification of employees: inside you The preparation and implementation of the investment committee is one of your tasks and the implementation of the decisions taken You are the contact person for internal and external revision as well as the BaFin You are responsible for reporting to the Management Board You will participate in the implementation of the business strategy Tasks Process and Product Manager:in fortune You take over the consulting and support of the departments within the Competence Center as well as the sales units regarding the associated products and processes and organizational issues within the meaning of a 2nd level support You are responsible for the analysis and optimization of the processes incl.
