As a employeee (m/w/d) Facility Management, you will support the area Neustadt a. d. Aisch bis Uffenheim in the following areas:

• Interface in building operation: Contact person for all the topics related to our technical real estate needs.
• Service provider coordination:Request, judge, commission offers – and always keep an overview.
• Project management: Planning and control of externally assigned measures – from maintenance to rehabilitation.
• Technical responsibility: Monitoring, maintenance and monitoring of technical building structures.
• Operation: Ensuring a smooth, risk-minimized building operation.
• Quality assurance: Keep in mind exam dates, document maintenance, ensure availability.
