Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) The Bosch Home Comfort Group plans to take over Johnson Controls/Hitachi's HVAC business. The acquisition and subsequent integration are controlled by an integration project, with the IT function area bearing the overall responsibility for all IT-relevant topics. As an Enterprise IT Architect, you are responsible for the global architecture and target building of the IT landscape in the IT function area to successfully shape the acquisition. Your role ensures that an efficient, secure and scalable IT architecture is implemented. Your main responsibilities include: Target and intermediate architectures: identification of synergies, co-development of efficient and secure target architectures as well as intermediate architectures for a gradual transformation. Conception of the IT system landscape: Designing a sustainable, flexible global IT environment with on-premise and cloud applications (SAP and Non-SAP). Identification and evaluation of the actual construction: support in the analysis of the existing IT landscape and derivation of a transformation roadmap with clear steps to target architecture. Requirements analysis and architecture strategy: evaluation and analysis of IT requirements taking into account the IT overall architecture and corporate strategy. Cooperation with application teams: In close cooperation with application and infrastructure managers (internal and external). Compilation of a Global IT Building Plan: Maintaining a comprehensive and global plan for documentation of the IT architecture and system landscape. Implementation of design workshops: organisation and management of workshops with stakeholders from specialist and IT areas to identify integration requirements. Standards and technologies: documentation and communication of company-wide patterns, standards and technologies for IT architecture. Product reviews and proof of concepts: performance of product reviews, studies, pilot projects and proof of concepts to test sustainable technologies and architectures.

Education: completed studies (Master/Diplom) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a related area Experiences and know-how: long-standing experience in enterprise architecture, technology management, in the development, integration and transformation of complex, global IT architectures (ideally in an enterprise architecture role and in the context of M&A projects); knowledge of current IT and data architectures, in particular in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud), as well as experience with SAP and non-SAP systems, cloud technologies, APIs and microservice architectures; Experience in the management of design workshops, the creation of construction plans and the implementation of Proof of Concepts Personality and working methods: you have strong analytical and conceptual skills to evaluate complex IT environments and develop target architectures; you work structured and solution-oriented, think entrepreneurial; Your communicative strength is used in cooperation with different stakeholders in the international environment
