Experience Design Manager at the Digital Campus (full-time or part-time)

Making digitalization successful together. In the Department of Future Technologies & Digitization, we bundle the technology and digitization competence of the Union Investment Group through our “Digital Campus”. We develop prototypes in areas such as blockchain, gene AI or VR/AR and check the feasibility and customer benefits of new ideas, trends and technologies. Experience Design Management acts as a driver for a good customer experience and considers processes E2E. Our aim is to support our specialist areas in the integration of this competence. We accelerate knowledge transfer with targeted UX pulses, tailor-made advice and events. We interview our customers in the internal test studio and integrate customer feedback directly into the further development. All the findings obtained are taken up centrally in our Research Repository and provided to the product managers. As an Experience Design Manager*in, your focus is on building and developing Experience Design standards with the aim of integrating customer-centric approach across the company. To do this, you establish design processes, methods, structures for customer-oriented action and develop our internal service offering, user test studio, research repository, Figma standards. In particular, you analyze impacts on technical systems and services and design E2E Experience for our end customers, banks and internal employees. (e.g. Service Blueprint). In cooperation with our stakeholders, you advise on the use and implementation of relevant Experience Design activities and promote a holistic networking via domains. You design and conduct events (Community of Practices, Workshops, Training, etc.) on Experience Design Management.

Successfully completed studies, preferably in Experience Design, Human-Centered Design or comparable training Multiannual professional experience and many years of experience in cooperation with IT architects and developers Fun to identify customer needs and think processes E2E and translate them into real applications Good understanding of IT architecture and front and backend technologies as well as enthusiasm for digital media and experience with agile working methods Excellent communication skills with pronounced methodological knowledge in moderation and presentation German language skills Mind.
