Description You build your own customer network in the engineering and IT environment and develop long-term partnerships with renowned companies. As a strong sales partner: you are actively recruiting new customers, especially by telephone cold acquisitions and personal appointments on site and convince decision-makers:inside our engineering services. You understand the challenges of your customers, analyze their project and personnel requirements and develop tailor-made solutions around engineering and IT projects. After that, you will be responsible for the projects and vacancies of your customers with appropriate engineers: both in and bring people and companies together successfully. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiations to successful completion and support of ongoing projects. During the project assignments, you can help both your customers and project staff as a central contact person and ensure successful cooperation.
