Process Manager/ Specialist Operational Management Customer Service (m/f/d)

In this function, you are responsible for the analysis and development of strategies, methods, structures and processes for the further development of customer support. You control the capacity planning and direct ordering of service providers. You are responsible for establishing and developing a controlling system in customer service. You are responsible for carrying out evaluations, data management and creating analyses for risk assessment. You are responsible for monitoring area targets and controlling the area budget.

In addition to your successful high/tech college degree (Diplom/Master) in technical or commercial, you will also bring comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of activity. With PC standard applications, especially MS Office, as well as special IT systems, such as: ideally SAP and reporting tools are you familiar. You bring a preference for organization, analytical and strategic thinking. In your daily work, you focus on target orientation and performance.
