Support and further development of project and large customers as part of the Key Account Management Integrated management of customer projects along the entire value chain (consultation, supply creation, order processing, purchasing, internal coordination, accounting and post-calculation) Competent customer advice as well as active cooperation in the sales services (creation of offers, orders, delivery notes and invoices) Purchasing of individual parts and components for pre-suppliers (e.g. connecting elements, sheets, rolls) Implementation of strategic purchasing in large-scale projects, including negotiation of framework agreements Creation and coordination of production orders for internal production processes Project management including coordination between customers, purchasing, production and product management

Embossed technical understanding, in particular in the area of connecting elements and sheet metal processing (for example by technical training such as the master or a comparable qualification) Experience in sales and strong communication and consulting skills Commercial understanding in the sales service (provides, orders, invoices, orders and work orders) Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Organizational strength and a good sense of customer needs
