You take over the professional stationary care and care of our residents in the nursing home. You carry out the digital care documentation carefully and conscientiously. You use your knowledge in care and care tasks daily. The wound care is one of your tasks (knowledge is advantageous). You support dementia care (experiences are advantageous). You participate in the design of the service plan by taking early, late and/or night services.

You have a completed training for examinated nursery with German recognition. You bring the willingness to work in stationary old care. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are of course for you. You're ready to take weekend services at least twice a month. Ideally you live near Mölln or towards Schwerin.

We offer you additional health insurance (free after the trial period) with services such as chef treatment and single-bed room. You benefit from an individual service plan design, e.g. as a fixed night watch or with 12-hour shifts (3 days working, 3 days free). We support you with a fare and a kindergarten grant. If you volunteer, you will receive a fuel certificate and we will grant your gym 50%. A free breakfast is provided every day and we celebrate together at Christmas parties and other events. .
