You are responsible for the development of attractive mixed-use properties in your region You analyze new real estate and investment offers and then accompany the contract negotiations You develop economic concepts for mixed-use real estate and are responsible for building rights creation You are responsible for planning up to the performance phase 4 You are responsible for the overall economics of the projects and the strategic exit planning You are a project partner for local representatives, for the colleagues of the savings, planners and investors

You have a successfully completed degree with a focus on real estate, architecture, civil engineering or a similar qualification You bring relevant professional experience as a project developer (m/w/d), project tax (m/w/d) or as project manager (m/w/d) You have experiences with project calculations and have a strong understanding of project key figures You are safe in the appearance of owners and municipalities and negotiate forward-looking and convincing. You have already completed land purchase contracts You draw from communicative and analytical skills as well as a distinct conceptual problem-solving competence You bring a quick understanding and work quickly and flexibly into new topics Cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking shape your daily action You are basically ready to travel JOBV1_EN
