Development of complex and high-quality real estate projects for the existing portfolio in the area of office, housing and business in the region of Cologne, with the focus of the LP 1-4 and desirable would also be knowledge of the LP 5-9 Conducting potential analyses within existing objects Recording and continuation of existing project developments, including strategic review and reassessment of project objectives Advice, strategic support and operational support of the team in a mentoring role Development of sustainable concepts taking into account location, market and user-specific requirements Development and optimization of development potentials for land and property properties according to the “Manage-to-Core” approach Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations, budgets and investment decisions Head of internal and external project teams as well as coordination of interfaces to project management, sales and marketing Management of costs, dates and qualities as well as ongoing reporting to management Selection, negotiation, assignment and management of specialist planners, experts and legal advisers Accompanying planning and construction licensing procedures as well as voting with neighbours, city administration and politics Use and development of digital workflows in project administration

Completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering or comparable property economic qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in project development with sound technical understanding Detectionable project management skills (with certification) Very good knowledge of HOAI and AHO performance pictures Experience with certification systems (e.g. DGNB) as well as application of ESG criteria in the real estate industry Secure handling of MS Office and other process-supporting IT systems Commercial and technical understanding as well as a high market knowledge Knowledge of relevant legal texts and building regulations Strongly pronounced cost and quality awareness Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking as well as organisational skills and resilience Communication strength in dealing with stakeholders, in particular inventory disorders Enthusiasm and team skills, enforcement ability and decision-making security High sense of responsibility for economic, social and ecological goals
