In your mandatory practice, you will get an insight into the complex processes of motor production in Europe, the leadership structure in high-level management, as well as cooperation with numerous internal partners, such as planning, quality management, logistics and controlling. When participating in current projects and tasks, you will get the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas and redesign processes. These tasks come to you: Cooperation in the operational and organisational field of responsibility and direct support for the management of engine production Participation in the internal structuring of the team and the daily tasks, including action tracking and ensuring regular communication Participation in the preparation and preparation of presentation documents for top management Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of workshops, townhalls and management events Participation in the preparation and follow-up of bodies, meetings and working groups Processing and visualization of key figures to support strategic decisions Processing of projects in cooperation with the team, with executives and adjacent areas Support and further development of our internal social intranet appearance The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in Communications/Economy, Marketing, Business/Economy, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Humanities/Social Sciences or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Embossed communication and team skills
