Management & Responsibility: You guide your team professionally and disciplinary - as a contact person, motivator and technical Sparring partner Efficient deployment planning: You coordinate the personnel deployment, plan forward-looking and ensure smooth running Quality & deadline: You guarantee the timely provision of our mechanical engineering Products - in excellent quality Structure & Overview: You plan work steps, sometimes tasks meaningfully and make sure everything is in the right place at the right time Construction & commissioning: You are responsible for the timely and quality-proof construction of our systems. Problem solution & cooperation: At technical challenges, you work closely with adjacent specialist departments and find sustainable solutions Optimization & further development: You analyze processes, think ahead and actively introduce suggestions for improvement.

Complete technical training with training as master or technician in mechanical engineering (or comparable qualification) First leadership experience of advantage Experience in cabinet construction Basic knowledge of the use of process control systems of advantage Structured, solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team spirit High quality awareness and technical understanding
