Culinary Director (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for all kitchens and their uniform orientation Ensuring consistent quality at any location Close cooperation with purchasing, operations and management Development and introduction of standardized workflows Design of new dishes taking into account cost-effectiveness and feasibility Operational accompaniment of new openings until handover to the kitchen line Ensuring efficient processes even with high guest performance Building a uniform leadership culture across all locations Control of goods use, production costs and key figures Ensuring compliance with hygiene, HACCP and internal standards

Completed training as a cook, ideally with further training to the kitchen master or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience with responsibility for several kitchens or locations Safe handling of HACCP and food regulations Professional experience in the elevated hotel industry or comparable gastronomic structures is desirable Practice in gastronomic plants with standardized processes and high quality requirements Knowledge in the area of buffet and kitchen concepts readiness for regular service trips within North Rhine-Westphalia
