To advance your team and our digital transformation: You lead the ''Microsoft Platform Services'' team both professionally and conceptually, develop the team members and promote a constructive, targeted team culture. As part of your overall responsibility, you will ensure the stable, secure and scalable operation as well as the continuous further development of our central platforms – including the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), Microsoft Fabric including data integration and data transformation, as well as Azure-based AI services and AI applications. For governance, security and compliance, you are consistently implementing broad guidelines, establishing environment strategies, managing permissions and keeping costs in mind. Through close cooperation with various disciplines, you drive forward the Enablement and Citizen Development Strategy for the entire HELUKABEL Group and unlock new potentials. External service providers and partners coordinate you efficiently and ensure frictionless processes around our plating forms. As a member of the IT team, you will participate in architecture and technology decisions in the Microsoft environment. With your expertise, you will make a key contribution to the further development of the IT strategy and the standardization within the HELUKABEL Group.

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual practical experience in dealing with Microsoft cloud technologies, in particular Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure (ideally with AI services) as well as Microsoft Fabric, or comparable data platforms. You are familiar with the challenges and the value of governance, security and compliance requirements in corporate IT. First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams could already be gathered. A structured and self-responsive way of working shapes your guiding style. Communication and coordination strength bring you both within the team and across areas. Very good German and good English skills (C1 level) complete your profile.
