Product Manager – Service & Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

Your mission Develop and manage innovative service and digital solutions.

Identify market opportunities and customer needs and translate them into scalable products and services.

Define product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans that unlock new growth opportunities and revenue streams.

Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development through successful market adoption and scaling.

Monitor product performance through relevant KPIs and drive data-based decision-making.

Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver global growth initiatives.

Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities & features in digital service products

What You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of five years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Business Transformation, or a comparable role.

Experience working in an international industrial environment, ideally within the food, chemical, consumer goods, or process industries.

Proven track record of developing, balancing, or scaling products, services, or digital solutions.

Experience with digital innovation, agile methodology, digital service sales

Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent analytical capabilities.

Fluent English skills (C1 level), good German language skills (minimum B2 level), and willingness to travel around 20–40 days per year.
