Software Engineer Application Performance Management (m/f/d)

Design modern infrastructures: develop and optimise infrastructures in the field of application performance management (APM) for our customers. Stand by our customers: Support customers in the integration of applications and effectively set performance monitoring and logging. Identify and solve problems: Develop automated systems for proactive identification of faults and load peaks and find solutions for performance anomalies. Create IT architectures: Use your well-founded APM/observability knowledge to create high-performance and scalable IT architectures. Monitor IT infrastructures: Provide an overview of our customers' IT infrastructure, both in on-premise operation and in cloud environments. Develop stable systems: Help customers develop stable system environments and eliminate vulnerabilities.

APM tools: knowledge gained in handling APM tools such as Splunk and Instana, as well as experience with logging and log analysis platforms. Practical experience: experience with load behavior, scaling and performance, including L&P tests. DevOps and Observability: Good understanding and overview of DevOps, SRE and Observability. Technological enthusiasm: enthusiasm for technological trends and the willingness to work quickly on new topics and technologies. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills.
