The financial accounting at ROSSMANN is the core of our financial management and is an integral part of our corporate success. It is responsible for the systematic collection, monitoring and evaluation of all business processes that can be expressed in figures. Special responsibility: As a central contact person for all issues in the area of finance Inland, you take responsibility, report directly to the financial accounting department and support them in content topics Completion: With your know-how, you contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and take over autonomously defined tasks Tax expertise: Complex business incidents will certainly judge you from a tax and accounting perspective and thus provide a reliable basis for decisions Process optimization: In projects and process optimizations in the financial sector, you actively contribute – from the further development of guidelines to the digitization of accounting and tax processes Interface work: In exchange with internal and external contacts, you ensure a smooth flow of information and contribute to efficient financial operations

Qualification: A completed economic study with a focus on accounting/taxing or a comparable qualification, such as a training as a tax specialist, followed by further training as a tax specialist or accounting officer, forms your technical foundation Professional experience: Multiannual, practical professional experience in accounting and/or in tax areas, such as financial accounting or tax advice/auditing, distinguishes your profile HGB Competence: In the Completion to HGB you are safe and routined and bring this knowledge targeted into your daily work IT-Affinity: Very good MS-Excel knowledge for the evaluation and processing of financial data is already available; Experiences with Business Central or comparable ERP systems are advantageous here Communication: Your strong communication strength allows you to explain complex facts intelligibly; to pick up different stakeholders and work together constructively, prepares you joy Working methods: A structured, conscientious and self-responsible way of working is obvious to you and helps you to keep an overview even in work-intensive phases.
