Machine operation: operation of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines (e.g. EMCO, DMG, HERMLE with Siemens control) to ensure efficient and effective production. Programming and setup: independent programming and setup of machines with Siemens control or special CNC software to ensure accuracy and precision. Process management: monitoring the entire production process from programming to the final product, focusing on express, prototype, single and small series production. Production: implementation of individual, prototype and series productions, in particular small series, as well as customer-specific components and seals of various materials such as stainless steel, thermoplastics and elastomers. Documentation: Creation and maintenance of process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism. Process improvement: support for process engineers in the development and optimization of production processes and the introduction of proposals for continuous improvements.

Requirements: (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in CNC machining as well as experience in the processing of metals and/or plastics, in particular thermoplastics and elastomers. Language knowledge: Good knowledge of the German language in word and writing.
