Qualification: Complete technical university studies (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of the Department of Civil Engineering, Construction and Real Estate Management or a comparable technical qualification Competences: Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical infrastructure (planning, implementation and testing) including relevant legal provisions, guidelines and recommendations (e.g. GEG, UVV, DIN, VDE, VDI, VDMA, Gefma, AMEV) Specialized knowledge of the planning and implementation of new, re- and extension structures Good understanding of energy relations Knowledge of legal and administrative provisions relating to public works, including RBBau, VHB, VOB, VOL, VOF, HOAI, Landesbauordnung Knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: Green and careful mode of operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and action skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even in the case of increased work Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Participation in (multi-day) training and missions Implementation of a safety review under the Federal Security Review Act (SÜG), the positive conclusion of which is a prerequisite for job placement driving licence class B/3 as well as willingness to run service car
