Become part of our dedicated team! For the real estate finance department, we are looking for new construction for the team business customer consulting and once for the team modernization and special financing you as Account Manager (m/w/d) in full time (part time possible)

You advise customers of the commercial housing industry as well as project developers on support offers of the IFB and the KfW in the area of new housing (outside the self-used residential property) or Modernization of rental apartments including large housing stocks and environmental and climate protection programs outside the self-used residential property. You advise customers on promoting sports and culture. You shall determine individual loan and grant levels, taking into account the legal effects under full financial plans. You develop financing and insurance proposals as a first vote and assess the ability to provide capital. Please take into account legal requirements. You carry out risk analyses and assess the risk sustainability. You conduct projects, including redesigning and further developing processes or on topics relevant to funding, and take on presentations as well as training on the funding business.

(m/w/d) and ideally studies business management or real estate economics as well as relevant professional practice Experience particularly desirable in the real estate financing business of commercial customers and in project development Comparative understanding of funding opportunities as well as networked work and consulting skills Self-responsible and self-responsible working style and service orientation Sovereign appearance, team spirit and communication skills
