Act as the main legal contact and trusted advisor for the local management team and operational business units in Germany. Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice on day-to-day legal matters relating to energy contracting, heat supply, energy services and related commercial. German legal qualification as Volljurist / Volljuristin or another relevant legal education and qualification suitable for in-house legal counsel role in Germany. Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably as an in-house counsel or as a lawyer in a law firm advising energy, infrastructure, construction, contracting, industrial or project-based businesses.
