You are an enthusiastic service engineer (all genders) and you want to successfully introduce your skills in IT support and hardware rollouts? Then you are right with us! Remote support in the Windows-11 environment Priority, classification and documentation of malfunctions in the ticket system Error analysis as well as initial solutions by on-site or remote support Construction and degradation of hardware components Implementation of relocations Maintenance of asset data forwarding of disturbances to downstream units Care of the knowledge database including documentation Support for IT projects Continuous optimization of operating processes and structures

Complete vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification Experience in 1st and 2nd level support Safe handling of Windows, Android and iOS operating systems Good knowledge in handling ticket and remote tools as well as pleasure in documentation Advanced knowledge regarding standard hardware Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English Communication and team skills
