We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) Life Sciences, which will be responsible for the technical support of our customers in the Southern Germany region.

You will demonstrate your technical skills in maintenance, repairs and system installations. The analysis and solution of complex technical problems as well as the execution of tests and routine checks are your everyday life. You will bring your IT knowledge into installation projects and internal projects.

You have a degree in a technical school/university in the field of media technology, mechatronics, precision engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology or a similar subject. They have more than 2+ years of practical experience in a comparable field service position and have a pronounced customer service mentality. They are familiar with IT topics and are interested in the setup and management of networks, servers, interfaces, etc. In addition, you are safe in handling electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces and measurement technology. It would be advantageous if you also have experience in the following areas: Good knowledge of English is expected, as well as knowledge of the German language. They are very well organized, show a high self-initiative and communicate with different hierarchy levels.
