From 01.10.2026 we are looking for full time for 40 hours per week, support for our Chief Medical Secretariat of the Departments of Diagnostics and Interventional Radiology, Anesthesiology, Intensive Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Pain Therapy. Structured schedule: You prepare chef appointments and organize meetings, business trips and events independently and reliably. Professional coordination of events: The coordination of personnel planning processes, including the preparation of personnel requirements, take over in close coordination with other secretariats and specialist departments. Reliable office service: You perform general office services such as post-processing, storage, office material ordering, correspondence, telephone calls as well as the care of guests and patients. Secure communication interface: You communicate with internal and external contacts and take over further organizational and administrative tasks. Flexible representation: As part of the Representation Regulation, you will support other secretariats during periods of holiday or illness after consultation.

Ideally, you bring professional experience in a comparable position, from a clinic secretariat or a doctor's practice. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office and Outlook. You are characterized by excellent communication skills. You work independently and in a structured manner and have a strong organizational talent.
