Working Student (gn) Project Management Sales Partner & Inside Sales

You support the 'Sales Partner' team in day-to-day business and take responsibility for complaint management Working closely with the Sales Support, Operations Community Management and our Legal Department to solve enquiries and manage communication with our external partners You prepare data, document these structured and create monthly reports for our partners You support the optimization of workflows and automation as well as the further development of all relevant 'sales partners' processes Get to know the channels of external partners, comparison portals and telesales in all facets – from setup to relationship management to monitoring and control You work closely with the entire sales team and support our partner relationships In addition, you take tasks in the documentation, start presentations, participate in data processing and work independently on smaller projects

You are a registered student*in, like marketing or a comparable degree programme Reliability and a careful, structured way of working: You work independently and do not lose sight even in recurring tasks Data processing and documentation: You have a good sense of accuracy and an eye for details Own initiative: You recognize themes, take you proactively and drive smaller tasks and projects independently Witness and comprehension: You understand interrelations and feel like questioning and shaping existing processes Interest in sales: Ideally, you already have first experiences or great interest in sales processes and customer communication Interest in figures and analyses: You like to work with data and have fun in creating reports and identifying relationships Team skills and communication strength: You like to work in the team, are open to exchange and feel comfortable in a cooperative environment Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint: Ideally you bring first experience in data visualization and presentation with You are strong in communication, flexible, organized and have a heart for sustainability – then we look forward to you!
