IT Security Manager (m/f/d)

In your position, you are responsible for IT information security and take over the technical management of projects with the focus on IT Security. Please report directly to our Information Security Officer. You are responsible for IT assets and digital data in the context of IT Security and Information Security Management System (ISMS). In coordination with the IT sector, you develop technical and organizational measures to secure all IT services and implement them successfully. In this interface function, you support our Identity / Access, Security Operation and Security Architect managers, along with adjacent areas, and you will be able to correct our information security targets professionally. You create transparency with regard to the cyber security situation, threat situation and its impact, take over the management and defense of cyber attacks and continuously expand asset and change management in security. You are responsible for auditing and certification according to ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS-2, KRITIS, ITGC and according to individual customer requirements. As part of safety-relevant projects, you are competent to assist us in consulting and design.

IT Information Security is your topic. You know relevant standards (IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX etc.) as well as laws, standards and guidelines and deal with current trends. Continue with: A university degree in computer science, IT security management, cyber security or IT-related training Multiannual professional experience in IT Security / IT emergency management, e.g. as IT consultant, IT security consultant:in, IT security manager:in or in a similar position Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security (such as Threat Intelligence, Identity and Access Management, Security Assessments, Incident Management, Network and Cloud Security) willingness and motivation to work proactively and independently into new technologies and products Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Process and future-oriented thinking and action, an independent, structured way of working and analysis
