You are burning for the precision of pay billing, but do You estimate the challenge of complex special cases in the billing of employees and officials? In order to strengthen our HR area, we are looking for a dedicated personality with a high level of expertise in the field of pay accounting. In this responsible position, you actively shape the pay processes, advise managers and employees competently and play a central role in the annual and audit processes: You are responsible for the timely and error-free monthly fee billing, including all legal reporting and tax procedures You are responsible for complex charges related to TV‐L and extra-tariff matters (A1). This includes special case constellations of jointly appointed officials, such as insolvency, utilisation or aid. You provide expert advice to the institute management, unit management and employees in all tax-relevant, tax- and social insurance-law issues (including pensions) You control the HR-relevant content for the annual financial statements, ensure full delivery and coordinate external audits You take over the creation of HR statistics, perform quality controls, manage permissions and accompany program adjustments in the accounting system

Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/FH diploma) with a corresponding focus (e.g. staff, economic law, finance), a degree as an administrative specialist or a commercial training with long-term expertise in the field of remuneration many years of professional experience in pay billing, preferably in the public service or in the scientific environment Funded knowledge in collective bargaining law (TV‐L) and ideally experience with special beam constellations (solving, aid) Safe handling of common accounting programs, preferably well-founded user knowledge in SDWorx, as well as experience in technical administration (justifications, program adjustments) routine in the preparation of HR annual accounts and the analysis of personnel statistics Safe handling of Microsoft Office/M365 Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, reliable operation, paired with a high hands-on mentality and quick conception Impressed communication strength, empathy, organisational skills and connected thinking
