Implementation, operation and further development of AI pipelines for research projects Installation, configuration and maintenance of AI applications on GPU-based servers Administration and maintenance of research infrastructure and monitoring of data transmission and processing processes

Completed academic studies (master or comparable) in computer science, medical informatics, data science, engineering or related fields Experiences in handling servers and their administration Knowledge in the operation of AI or machine learning pipelines Experience with medical image analysis and corresponding frameworks Knowledge of Python as well as Docker, Git and GPU-based computing systems are advantageous Self-employed, structured working and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation
