Machine operator in the field of turning/milling (m/w/d)

For our customers in Grevenbroich we are looking for a reliable machine operator in the area of turning/milling (m/w/d). Our customer is active in the field of vehicle engineering, hydraulics and machine tool construction and is now looking for reinforcement for the Grevenbroich site.

• Multi-machine operation of the partially automated CNC machines (turning: INDEX, TRAUB, SCHÜTTE; Milling: STAMA, SW and DMG) in three-layer operation - maintenance and monitoring of ongoing production, as well as elimination of disturbances - execution of tool change and measurement corrections - Werker self-checking by determination of measurement results - handling of conventional hand measuring devices and preset 3D measuring devices - documentation of measurement results in quality control cards - input of feedback data into the ERP system

• Training as a machine and plant leader or cutting mechanic (specialized in turning technology or milling technology desirable) - Experience in the operation of CNC cutting machines - Knowledge in reading technical drawings - Good knowledge of German in word and writing - High sense of responsibility in handling machine tools - Self-employed, precise and conscientious operation
