In the Vitos special living form of Riedstadt, we treat adult people with chronic mental illnesses and/or addiction diseases. At the next time, we are looking for a social worker / social worker or educational specialist (m/w/d) in full or part-time.

You accompany and treat people with mental disabilities and addiction diseases. You promote the independence of our clients through individual and life-structural support according to the current person-centred integrated participation planning (PiT). As a coordinating reference person, you take over the creation of personal-centred integrated participation plans (PiT) and work closely in the community-based psychiatry association and with cooperation partners.

You have completed your studies (B.A. / M.A.) in the field of social work or as an alternative to a training for the health education caregiver/in, educator/in or pedagogical specialist and have experience in the care of people with mental disabilities and addiction. A high level of professional and personal commitment, communicative competence, joy of decision-making and enforcing are yours. You show your own initiative and flexibility, and you have the willingness to serve in marginal times and night service. In dealing with the personal-centred Integrated Management Plan (PiT), you are familiar with a driver's license and have good PC skills (MS Office).

The workplace is also attractive from a financial perspective: you receive a remuneration depending on the qualification. Social workers are grouped into the pay group S12 and thus receive 3,859.50 € - 5.306.08 €. In addition, supplements (TVöD + SuE) totalling €205.00 and an annual special payment of 85%. Employees are paid according to TvÖD-SuE, pay group S8b and thus receive a monthly fee of € 3.481,39 - € 5.049.51. Also here are supplements (TVöD + SuE) of €155.00 and an annual special payment of 85%. The data are based on full-time employment. At our location in Riedstadt you benefit from a variety of free parking directly on site.
