IT Process Manager - Logistics / Digitalization (m/f/d)

You coordinate and control our external IT partner companies for our Microsoft-365 environment and our transport management system You analyze requirements and ideas for improvement from our specialist areas and assess how these can be implemented technically and economically meaningfully You develop suitable solutions together with our employees and IT partner companies and accompany their implementation You take over the coordination of smaller IT and digitalization projects and keeps track of dates, tasks and results You accompany the later users in the introduction of new solutions and make sure You are successfully used in everyday work You implement, monitor and maintain EDI connections and other interfaces to customers and suppliers

You have a successfully completed training as a specialist:in, for example in the field of data and process analysis, system integration or application development, or have a comparable qualification You are interested in how operational processes can be supported and improved by IT systems You can analyze and understand technical issues with users:insides, specialist areas and external service providers You work structured, independent and solution-oriented You have the pleasure not only to consider projects technically, but to accompany them until successful use in the company Ideally you have first experiences with Microsoft 365, EDI, interfaces, databases, APIs or automation tools, and experiences from forwarding, logistics or another service company are welcome, but no compelling requirement
