We build the marketing platform of the future and redefine all processes at OBI by using GenAI and Micro-Targeting. As part of the growing area “CRM and Marketing Tech” you shape our technological base. In this foundation phase, you will ensure the scalability of our innovative solutions. Implementation: Responsibility for the technical implementation of the platform and ensuring perfect scalability

Solution design: Active design of the architecture and design of pioneering technical frameworks

Strategy: Participation in the definition of long-term roadmap in close connection with business objectives

Stakeholder Management: Regular coordination with decision-makers: within board level via project progress and milestones

Partner control: Coordination and technical support of external implementation partners during the setup phase

Teambuilding: Active support in the personnel selection for the intensive growth phase of our department

Monitoring: Continuous support and quality assurance of the entire implementation progress

Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification in the technical field

Experience: Multiannual practice in technical project management or as lead developer:in complex platform projects

Expertise: Funded knowledge in scaling system architectures and dealing with modern cloud technologies

Working: You draw your attention through a high degree of self-initiative as well as a solution-oriented and structured way of thinking

Communication: Sovereign appearance and the ability to convey complex facts to decision-makers:incomprehensible

Network: Experience in controlling external service providers:inside and partners:in agile structures

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for exchange in our international teams
