Head of QM team consisting of 3 employees Specification management Reporting of relevant KPI's from the area of responsibility Exchange with customers to special specifications and complaints Creating 8D Reports Implementation of FMEA's (Failure Mode and Effets Analysis) SAP key user

Master's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, chemical technician (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Professional experience in the chemical industry Knowledge in the field of quality management (creation of specifications/quality agreements, processing of customer complaints including systematic causes analysis in the interdisciplinary team etc.) SAP knowledge (key user for S4-HANA) for master data maintenance in the QM module, reporting of KPI's from the QM sector Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 Target-oriented work at the interface to production, development and analytics laboratory Embossed team and communication skills as well as a high degree of independence Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
