(Senior) Associate Investor Relations with a focus on RFP (m/f/d)

At Golding, the signs are on growth. For this reason, to support our dedicated sales management team at Munich, we are looking for an Associate Investor Relations (m/w/d) at the closest possible time.

You support our RfP & Master Desk for the support of institutional investors worldwide. As part of due diligence processes, you create and coordinate tender documents, answer investor-related requests and develop marketing materials for our funds and managed accounts. You work closely with pension funds, insurance companies, banks, foundations and family offices and get exciting insights into our asset classes. This includes: Answering investor invitations (Due Diligence Questionnaires, Request for Proposals etc.) Management of the response process from kick-off meeting to sending the final due diligence documents Development and maintenance of standardized questions (e.g. ILPA Questionnaires) for all Golding investment classes Creation, updating and further development of sales-supporting marketing materials (factsheet, marketing presentations and other sales documents) Creation of pitch presentations for national and international investor appointments Central interface to other departments, in particular investments and reporting, information acquisition, structured preparation of relevant content and to promote effective exchange between the departments Further development and optimization of the RfP process to increase efficiency

Successfully completed university studies, ideally with Master's degree, or a comparable qualification Outstanding interest in business and financial issues Enthusiasm for alternative investments and the capital market industry First practical experiences in asset management, consulting or a comparable environment are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel Very good German and English skills in word and writing That's what distinguishes you You convince by communication strength, organisational skills and a safe occurrence You work carefully, detailed and take responsibility for your tasks You draw your attention through an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach You bring a high level of initiative, reliability and service orientation You are a team player with empathy, positive radiation and joy in cooperation in an international environment
