Installation, repair, maintenance and exchange of computer systems, network technology and other IT components (computers, network devices, printers, scanners, etc.) Analysis and troubleshooting of IT components in production Use of diagnostic systems/measuring devices for problem finding Conducting maintenance and maintenance tasks to above-mentioned IT components Implementation of software installations and updates to the computer systems and IT components Implementation, monitoring and optimization of data backups Connecting/connecting IT components to the production network Refurbishment/internet research to acquire new IT components or spare parts Documentation of repairs and maintenance work in various systems Warehouse management
