Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Düsseldorf You are responsible for the integration, implementation and commissioning of complex customer-specific fire detection and evacuation systems. You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the associated system integrators/technists (m/w/div.) who implement customer projects up to a size of € 1. million. You represent the economic realisation business, for example, through personnel planning and development, and you contribute to optimization and quality measures in the team. You guarantee the economic, qualitative and timely execution of the assigned orders, as well as the sustainable and economic customer relationships (economic structure and security). You are responsible with your employees for the determination, presentation and settlement of additional services in the course of processing (Claim Management). You regularly generate and track revenue and return forecasts and are responsible for their implementation with team management. You create work packages for installation partners and after-contractors and track them for the successful implementation and on-time implementation. You initiate tasks-oriented measures for the qualifications of the associated employees and ensure their implementation. You focus on cooperation with the sales and sales planning through early identification of the power core of the associated construction papers.

Education: You may have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering. (m/w/div.) or a master (m/w/div.) or a study in the field of industrial engineering/electrotechnology. Personality: You are an open-minded, communicative and self-confident personality.
