Support of the construction management in the execution of administrative and organisational tasks within the framework of the construction projects Pre- and post-processing of appointments Coordination and organisation of appointments, events and further education Maintenance of databases General office organisation and management of correspondence Processing of the mailing and exit Summary and documentation of customer reviews Management of deficiencies controlling within the framework of the construction projects

Completed training and professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as a construction businessman, merchant, industrial businessman or the like. Good user knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Safe appearance, reliability and loyal and discreet cooperation Embossed social competence and team skills Communication strength, self-initiative and resilience
