Strengthen us as: Head of Facility Management (m/w/d) That's what we're dealing with: You tax the Facility Management department and accompany your employees as a manager You are responsible for the cost and income management of our own and rental properties as well as housing owners communities This includes the management of lease contracts, purchase and sales contracts, costs of (energy) supply, building cleaning and insurance as well as the optimization of land use and safety concepts In your role, you conduct independently negotiations with tenants and buyers as well as service providers and contractors and are contact person(s) for our contractual partners together with your team. You monitor the commercial energy management according to ISO 50001, negotiate energy and service contracts and conduct regular energy audits. You managst service providers (cleaning, security, etc.) and conduct annual and price negotiations We are currently reviewing the organization of our facility management as part of a project. We are happy if you want to actively introduce yourself and shape the changes. That's what you bring: You have a degree in economics, a qualification for the savings banks/bank business operator (m/w/d) or a comparable training You have deep know-how in the real estate sector (in particular rent law) and energy management Ideally, you already have experience in the management of staff and in project and contract management You are strong in communication and have negotiation skills as well as a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility We offer you: Payment: Transparency through the public service agreement of savings banks and up to 13.8 salaries.
