Selection, procurement, installation and configuration of servers, clients and network components for building technology Maintenance and updating of systems, system curing Troubleshooting and upgrading of technical systems Selection, procurement and installation of workplace equipment such as laptops, PCs, smartphones and related peripherals Contact for first and second level support staff Establish and operate technical facilities and infrastructure in the field of network technology Support in the installation and configuration of network technology for audio, light and media technology as part of events or fixed installations Creation and maintenance of user documentation as well as implementation of workshops, IT security contact

Complete training as a specialist or comparable qualification in the field Experience in system selection and support of technical systems Structured, independent and reliable operation High level of care, safety and quality awareness Secure appearance as well as pronounced communication and team skills Class B valid driving licence Funded PC knowledge in hardware and software Would be desirable: Experience in configuring network components of event technology Knowledge of network protocols of event technology (Dante, Art-Net, AV-over-IP) Solid English Knowledge in Word and Writing
