Commercial Employee Operations – Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)

You get cost proposals, check and process them and keep them informed and correct. You create and process work, workshop and repair jobs in our digital systems. You coordinate repairs on trucks and change bridges as well as trucks. You accept customer requests and organize appropriate workshop appointments. You accompany the transfer and withdrawal of our rental units and ensure a smooth process. You carefully document all processes, reflect the corresponding data in the system and reliably process customer orders. You check and process warranty, cunning and warranty cases. You work closely with our customers, workshop colleagues and other internal departments.

A completed commercial or technical training, for example as an automotive businessman, industrial businessman, forwarding businessman or motor mechatronic (m/w/d) Ideally first professional experience in fleet management, customer service, workshop environment or commercial vehicle industry Technical understanding and interest in vehicles and workshop processes A good commercial understanding and a safe handling of numbers and costs Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge is advantageous Safe handling of Microsoft Office and the willingness to work quickly into new systems A structured, careful and independent way of working Embossed customer orientation, reliability and joy in team collaboration
