Local supervision (m/f/d)

This activity does not permit the possibility of hybrid work. The daily work is done at the specified office location. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a public oversight / platform oversight (w/m/d) for the DB InfraGO AG / business unit at the Mannheim site. Your tasks: You will ensure the safe, scheduled deployment and departure of trains and compliance with holding times. This includes both train supervision and scheduled train handling As an interface partner:in and coordinator:in you are a link for irregularities between all the functions involved You actively engage in the achievement of the quality and punctuality goals of the contracting entities:inside, develop solutions and cooperate with appropriate interfaces, such as the train taxer In connection conflicts, you inform and advise the managing and transport-monitoring positions and in the implementation of the measures decided In case of malfunctions, you will assist in testing and ensuring the travel path for continuing our trains

Your profile: You have a successfully completed training and ideally have first professional experience in the service The willingness to shiftwork (breakfast, late, weekend, holiday work) is of course for you You bring joy in dealing with customers: you have a strong sense of service.
