Team Leader Costing (m/f/d)

Team management: expert and disciplinary leadership of the costing team as well as organization of the operating daily business. Employee development: Accompanying the professional development of employees and implementing individual development measures in close coordination with the Head of Supply Processing. Resources Control: Project-related assignment of the Calculators as well as prioritization and control of current costing tasks. Costing control: coordination and quality assurance of the calculation of demanding turnkey construction projects within the higher-level supply process. Quality & Plausibility: Assessment of essential costing approaches, quantities, cost characteristics and assumptions. Price Commissions: Preparation of Calculators and their projects for internal pricing commissions and support in the preparation of opportunities, risks and significant calculations. Risks & Opportunities: Ensuring structured identification and assessment of technical and economic project risks and opportunities. Interface Management: Close cooperation with the Head of Supply Processing and with tendering/delivery, purchasing, work preparation, project management and management. BIM & Digitization: further development of cooperation between BIM modelling and calculation as well as gradual improvement of model-based calculation processes. Process development: further development and standardization of costing methods, characteristic values, templates and digital workflows, in particular in RIB iTWO. Negotiations: Technical support in tender discussions and contract negotiations.

Qualification: Complete study of civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or a comparable technical qualification, for example as a construction technician. Professional experience: several years of well-founded experience in the costing of demanding construction projects, ideally in turnkey construction on the part of a general contractor or general contractor. Leadership experience: experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership as well as the joy of leading employees in everyday operational work, transferring responsibility and accompanying their professional development together with the senior executive. Costing competence: Secure understanding of quantities, services, cost structures, subcontractors and technical and economic project risks. Digital competence: Very good knowledge of modern calculation processes; Experience with RIB iTWO and model-based calculation / BIM is of advantage. Entrepreneurial thinking: Embossed economic understanding, analytical strength and the ability to reduce complex facts to the decisive control levers. Personality: Clear, binding leadership style, decision-making strength and sovereign communication to employees, project teams, business partners and management.
