The tasks of the service centre include the organisation of services, the planning of maintenance measures and the efficient use of resources and areas. Our team actively contributes to the optimization and maintenance of the building infrastructure and ensures that all processes run sustainably and efficiently. The building management service centre is looking for you to support the technical service team at the earliest possible time.

Your tasks:

• They are responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the sites to be supervised, buildings, rooms and technical facilities, as well as for the reporting of malfunctions (e.g. functional monitoring of the heating systems)
• They carry out small repairs (e.g. changing seals on water fittings, lifting malfunctions on door locks)
• You conduct event logs and report lists to the master (m/w/d) of the objects
• They are responsible for securing the aeronautical and winter services (teaching services and snow removal)
• They perform external activities to secure objects
• You take first steps in emergencies and disruptions within your working hours of municipal buildings in the 3-shift system (24/7)

Required:

• a completed vocational training in a professional sector (metal construction, plant construction, horticulture, installation, installation, assembly, wood processing and construction and electrical professions)
• Class B driving licence

Required:

• Basic knowledge of house and building technology (e.g. heating systems)
• knowledge of the operation of intrusion systems, closing and fire alarm systems
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and general craft activities
• Teamability, flexibility and reliability

In the event of a setting, it should be shown:

• an extended management certificate for submission to an authority pursuant to § 30a BZRG (without prejudice)
