That you can move with us

• They are responsible for the medical and personnel management of the field of infection protection, TBC care, environmental medicine, reportable diseases with currently 8 employees and thus contribute significantly to the health protection of the population. They assess reports on infectious diseases, including infection epidemiological consequences for the population. In addition, the technical-medical assessment is located in the field of property in the implementation of the Masernschutzgesetz and the hygiene monitoring of clinic and practice.
• They develop and conduct standardized processes (e.g. in the areas of quality management or digitization) conceptually and support the management of office and department professionally in preparing strategic decisions.
• You are responsible for medical preventive medical care management for the protection of infections of the population in the district, e.g. in terms of hazards in disaster and population protection (e.g. in heat, natural disasters or serious accidents), as a fallback level in the failure of hospital and specialist care structures or in pandemic planning. In this way, they cover the current population medical needs of the population in the present day.
• They perform (scientific) tasks, such as the assessment of provided proofs of protection of measles, the environmental medical advice of citizens in the event of complaints and disorders due to environmental influences or the perception of annual recurring audit offices for healthcare professionals. This allows you to contribute to a modern and target-group-specific public health service in the Oberberg district. ****

• You have a completed study of human medicine with medical approval, as well as a recognition as a specialist for internal medicine and infectiology or a comparable territorial designation or are close to completion of your specialist.
• You have fun working in an interdisciplinary team.
• They bring a high degree of communication strength and moderation competencies and are able to provide a subject with employees who have different qualifications In the field of health care, they have their own control.
• They have coordination skills, a safe occurrence, as well as initiative and enforcement.

• You have a valid driving licence of Class B and the willingness to use your own vehicle for service purposes against the cost of travel.
